Weeknotes Fortnightnotes 7.
- Big Potato Games - We got some Big potato games to play with family over Christmas after seeing how fun they were to play with bigger groups by watching SOME LOVELY PEOPLE BOARD GAMES. The Chameleon and 20 Second Showdown were both big hits. We also played ANOMIA but found it wasn’t fair on our older guests who found it harder to read cards at a distance and react fast enough.
- Missing footpaths - I took my family on a Christmas day stroll and went across a path that wasn’t on the map. I added it to Open Street Map in my first contribution since moving to Letchworth.
- Cycling - I cycled a bit on New Year’s day along a nearby part of the Icknield Way Trail. I found it tricky because the path had narrow tracks worn into it that it was hard to keep my bike to. I’d like to see if I can go further when it’s not so muddy.
- Fixing things - I’ve done lots of little jobs in the house - de-moulding sealant in the bathroom, polyfilling holes and fixing wobbly fittings. I’ve even got a drill that I’m very eager to use.
